Use of BPOC in the Emergency Department

I am looking for input on hospitals that have implemented BPOC in the Emergency departments. We have implemented BPOC throughout our entire house and in many ancillary areas including our outpatients and PACU. Our EMD hold a fair amount of inpatients while beds are being made available on the inpatient side. We would like to start using BPOC on these patients. Is anyone using BPOC in their ED? Are you doing it with pharmacy review of the order? Are you doing it on all ED patient? Hold patients?
