Request for Policies and Procedures

We will be implmenting BPOC at 7 hospitals over the next three years, beginning in January, in conjunction with changing EMR from Eclipsys to Epic.

There is a request in the Pharmacy Practice Forum for Downtime P&P but we could use P&P and training materials on virtually any part of the implementation. Pharmacy re-labelling and QA, Integration with Medication Administration policy to include BPOC, Monitoring compliance, etc are all topics of interest and there are probably others that I haven't even considered.

Please consider posting yours on this forum so that all of us don't have to re-invent the wheel. Use mainstream adopters will benfit greatly from your trailblazing.
