Joe Heins RE: Docusys Evaluations

I have a friend whose hospital is currently evaluating DocuSys, and he asked me for my insight on this company. I have not heard much about them over the past several years, so I thought I would send a message out to the listserve to see current thoughts about this company and their technology.
1) If you are currently using DocuSys, I would like to know:
a. How long has your organization been using it?
b. Who made the decision to bring the technology into your organization (Pharmacy, Anesthesiology, or Other)?
c. Pro/Cons of the system
d. Any ROI studies done on the system, and the outcome?
2) If you evaluated the system, but decided not to purchase DocuSys:
a. What system did you select instead of DocuSys or did you make a "no decision"?
b. What was the reasoning behind not choosing DocuSys?
3) Any other thoughts or insight on DocuSys would be appreciated? Thank you in advance for your input on DocuSys. I will forward all of the responses along to my friend.
