JCAHO rulings on BPOC

Hello All!

I am desperately trying to find out the current ruling for BMV from JCAHO.
I've found a lot of stuff that says it's 2007 but can't find anything
definitive from JCAHO. We're currently working on EMAR and if the ruling for
BMV is indeed 2007, this will change what we're doing. Any help citing an
authoritative source would be greatly appreciated!
