Independent Double Checks for High Alert Meds

OK group, this may be a silly request, however, I need your help. We are
implementing eMAR, and the buzz going around the facility is since we are
bar-coding the patient and meds, that an independent double check of our
identified high-alert meds is not necessary.

Can you help by sending a reply stating that your facility still requires?
(The facility name would be very helpful, too!)
