Implementing Meds and Transfusion Verification

Hello, we are planning for our implementation and rollout of EMAR/BMV,
and are wondering if other sites have implemented a positive patient id
system/transfusion verification system at the same time. If anyone has
done so, please comment on the system(s) chosen.
