Implementation in the ED?

I'm researching the use of BPOC verification in the emergency department. Does anyone know of a hospital doing this that would be willing to talk with me? I'm familiar with the challenges that ED imposes (urgency, lack of electronic order, etc.),but am hearing that intrepid early adopters have implemented in the ED. Absent an order, verification would have to be limited to that which could be medication-specific.
