We are working on doing bar code medication administration with
Computerized Physician order entry. We have a question about how you
handle the order that is written in the CPOE system but not processed by
the pharmacy yet but RN scans and gives because it's needed.

We do not have a bidirectional pharmacy interface. Orders when entered
in the CPOE system post to the MAR without pharmacy verification.

Any help/ideas are appreciated.
