Deployment hardware options

We are using Cows in our nursing units for documentation for over 3 years.
We currently have BMV/EMAR in our test environment. Once all our construction Moves are over we will be moving Live. Our Nursing want us to move to computers In every room (wall mounts, moveable arms,etc). When we where at International Muse It seemed most facilities where using Cows with BMV/EMAR.

For those sites Live with BMV/EMAR and/or Nursing Documentation what is your take on The mobile computers vs a computer in every room? How do you get the around with JCAHO With equipment in the hallways?
