BMV at children's hospitals/peds

We are Magic 5.5 SR1 [Ed. Meditech] and are in the beginning phases of setting up BMV.
Are there any children's hospitals or pediatric units doing BMV?How are you handling the weight based dosing/different concentrations? Are you using the alt NDC numbers, or creating all new entries in the drug dictionary for each of the concentrations?
