Barcoded Medication Administration Question

Is anyone using their BCMA system to capture QA type information such as:
1. Near misses for medication errors
2. Documentation or alerts if one of the 5 rights was missed
3. Administration related alerts for medications that interact (patient that just took cholestyramine PO and is getting a dose of warfarin for example)

We are designing our system now, and wonder what we should look at the BCMA bedside area. Thank you for your time!
