After-Hours Pharmacy Coverage

Is anyone using BPOC in a setting without a 24-hour pharmacy? If so, how does nursing practice change related to use of the system once the pharmacy closes and the pharmacy is no longer there to profile patients' orders? I know the nurse can certainly scan and administer the medication without the order being profiled but are there any steps/processes in place to make sure all orders do get profiled, confirmed and reconciled once the pharmacy re-opens?
